What I like best about Prompt is the ongoing growing. Prompt continues to do updates in their system, to make it as easy as possible to grow with the system, as things are always changing.

One of my favorite things is the ability to send paperwork to patients prior to their first session; it helps the therapists and the front desk, plus the patient is happy they can jump straight into their session once they arrive.

Claims processes are super easy to follow, love being able to fax directly out of the system, and a robust reporting system. Phenomenal EMR.

Prompt customer service is very responsive and aware of when an issue is occurring. They are quick to respond and help find solutions when needed. The system its self is very easy to navigate and the ease of access is beneficial.

The system is very easy to use and quick for new staff to learn. Has great features that allows for a seamless daily workflow. The customer support is always willing to help and is very responsive.

I've had great experiences with the top leadership and support staff. They have been very responsive and helpful whenever I've run into snags.
