Keep your prep work when a visit is missed

Pre-charting gives you a head start on the note before the patient arrives or checks in. When that patient cancels or no-shows, the prep is still useful.

The written parts of a pre-charted note already carried into the patient’s next visit. Now pre-charted treatments, CPT codes, and treatment notes can come along too. When you copy from a past visit, choose the canceled or no-show visit, and everything copies into today’s visit.
