When JAG Physical Therapy began searching for a new EMR, their goal was clear: find a partner that could scale with their growing network of more than 170 offices while meeting the operational needs of every clinic and clinician.

The team’s attentiveness was a refreshing contrast to past frustrations. “Some of the red flags that we were noticing in our previous EMR system was that we felt that they were losing touch with their customer service skills a little bit,” Marissa explained. That lack of responsiveness had negatively effected JAG's patient collections and revenue, she reported.
The measurable benefits of the switch to Prompt appeared almost immediately. “Some of the immediate changes that we saw since we switched over to Prompt were revenue collections. We've seen an increase in our revenue per visit since making the switch,” said Marissa.
Improvements went beyond the billing cycle. “We're scheduling about 80 to 85% arrived capacity. We schedule typically up to 100% of our schedule capacity, which again, is another great metric to have, and to kind of be able to forecast where we're going to finish the week in terms of visits,” she shared.
The impact of Prompt’s tools could also be felt directly in the field. Since switching to Prompt, JAG’s leadership has gotten positive feedback from their therapists and staff.
“They say that getting their notes done has been so much faster. And we've even noticed it in our metrics of days of finalization. The automated patient engagement features on Prompt have taken a workload off of them.”
