  • What is the Prompt Ambassador Program?

    The Prompt Ambassador Program is a customer community for practice leaders who want a closer relationship with Prompt and a stronger connection to their peers. Ambassadors get access to networking, early product conversations, thought leadership opportunities, and shared resources that support growth.

  • How do I become a Prompt Ambassador?

    The program is currently invitation-only. Ambassadors are selected through recommendations from Prompt leadership and current ambassadors.

  • What are you looking for in an ambassador?

    We look for customers who are thoughtful operators, active advocates, and community-minded leaders. The best ambassadors care about improving their own practice and helping move the industry forward.

  • What are the program requirements?

    There are no rigid deliverables. We ask ambassadors to participate in ways that fit their goals and capacity. That could mean sharing feedback, joining conversations, or talking about Prompt with peers when it is genuinely helpful.

  • How long is the commitment?

    The program is ongoing, but participation is flexible. We know running a practice comes first. If your capacity changes, you can step back at any time.

  • Do ambassadors receive compensation?

    The program is not paid. We invest in ambassadors through access, visibility, community, and opportunities that support their professional goals. When sponsorship or partnership opportunities make sense, we are open to that conversation.

  • Is the Slack community for support?

    No. The Slack community is for networking, strategy, and peer conversations. For product support, ambassadors should continue to use Prompt’s regular support channels.

  • I know someone who would benefit from using Prompt. How do I introduce them?
