Get an assessment draft, with or without a recording

The assessment is where you connect the dots and make the case for continued care. It often takes the most thought of any part of the note. Sidekick (Prompt’s AI scribe) already drafts it from your patient visit recordings or dictation. Now you can get a draft on visits with no audio, too.

Sidekick Smart Draft (Beta) reads what’s already in your note, including subjective info, objective measures, and your flowsheet (the record of treatments done during the visit). Then it drafts an assessment for you to review. Add lines one at a time, add them all, or ask for a new draft. You can also turn on automatic suggestions so a draft appears without clicking. Less time on the assessment means more notes done before the day ends.
